Sharpened doll’s tears
On the window’s face,
Liquid splinters
Under night’s skin;
Quiet curdles,
Buzzing like lice
In unwashed hair.
Staring deafly
At space unfilled
By my movement.
Though clocks will chew
Through distant time
I will be unwatched.
